TONNO ALLA PLANCIA, POMODORI APPASSITI AL LIMONE

Ingredients for 4 persons:

·         600 g tuna fish
·         1 tomato "cuore di bue"
·         8 cherry tomaotes
·         4 cherry tomatoes "datterini"
·         Garlic
·         Thyme
·         Basil
·         Bay leave
·         Cane sugar
·         Extra virgin olive oil

Method

Slice the "datterini" tomatoes and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish seasoned with salt, a clove of sliced garlic, sugar cane, a piece of bay and thyme.

Bake at 80 ° until they wither, cool and put in oil. Do the same with the other tomatoes. Cut the tuna in steaks and place on the grill. In a saucepan combine all three tomatoes and warm slightly with lemon skin and pulp, add the basil.

Place in a plate the grilled tuna and garnish with the tomatoes.

Buon appetito!
